Litigation Media
Production built from the case record.
Two fixed-fee services, one for each side of the courtroom. Each is scoped in writing before production and reviewed by counsel before delivery.
For plaintiff counsel
Settlement documentaries
Short films that show a mediator, adjuster or jury what an injury changed. Each one is drawn from interviews, records and footage.
What counsel gets
Interviews with the client, family and witnesses counsel approves
Records, photographs and scene footage organized into a clear timeline
One film, or a series of short videos each built around a single argument
Mediation-ready files, with trial versions and shorter cuts on request
For defense counsel
Testimony contradiction videos
A short video that sets a plaintiff's own deposition testimony beside the evidence that contradicts it, cited to transcript page and line. Built for motions to dismiss, including dismissal for fraud on the court, and related defense motions.
How it is built
Counsel identifies the testimony and the records or footage that contradict it.
Each clip runs long enough to carry the full question and answer.
Every clip is cited to page and line, every exhibit to its Bates or exhibit number.
Counsel reviews the cut before it is filed or shown.
Example
Personal injury · Claimed loss of activity
An amateur race car driver testified he could no longer race after a knee injury. Defense counsel had track liability waivers he signed after the accident, plus surveillance footage of him rolling his car off a trailer at a track. The video set his testimony against that evidence.
Case dismissed.
No music, narration or graphics that characterize the plaintiff. Titles state what is shown. Authentication and admissibility of the underlying evidence stay with counsel.
